FAQ
Caring for your goods
How do I care for my garment?
To keep your garments looking and feeling great, we recommend following these care instructions:
Machine wash cold
Wash your garments in cold water with similar colours. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener as they can damage the material and affect the colour.
Tumble dry low
After washing, tumble dry your garment on a low heat setting. Avoid using high heat, as it can cause shrinkage or damage the fabric. Although, we definitely recommend hang drying it, as sometimes the tumble dry can ruin the print or the fabric.
Iron instructions
Cotton
If you need to iron your garment, use a medium heat setting and iron on the reverse side. Avoid ironing any printed or embellished areas directly.
Polyester
If you need to iron your shirt, use a low heat setting and iron on the reverse side.
When ironing, turn it inside out to avoid direct contact with the iron. Use a low heat setting and iron in a circular motion, applying minimal pressure. Avoid using steam as it can also damage the fabric. Where the shirt has any embellishments, such as logos or prints, place a piece of fabric or a towel between the iron and the embellishment to avoid damaging it.
Do not dry clean
Polyester garments are not suitable for dry cleaning.
Avoid harsh chemicals
To preserve the quality and colour of your garments, avoid using harsh detergents, bleaches, or other chemicals when washing or treating the garment.
Follow the labels
Follow the instructions that come with your garments, or that are attached to the labels on the individual garment. These will be the most effective way to see what individual requirements your garment needs.
If you need a "How To" on how to wash clothes, go ask mum.. or dad.. or a mature, responsible adult.
How do I store my garment?
To properly store your garment, we recommend folding it neatly and placing it in a drawer or on a shelf. Avoid hanging it on a hanger for long periods, as this can stretch out the fabric and cause the shirt to lose its shape.
If you need to store your garment for an extended period, we recommend placing it in a sealed container or a plastic bag to protect it from dust and dirt.
Make sure the container or bag is clean and dry before storing the shirt.
It's also a good idea to store your garment away from direct sunlight or heat sources, as prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat can cause the fabric to fade or deteriorate over time.
If you are storing the garment for re-sale, we recommend taking the following steps to ensure the shirts stay in good condition:
Keep the shirts in their original packaging
It's best to keep the shirts in these bags until they are ready to be sold. This helps to protect them from dust, dirt, and moisture.
Store in a cool, dry place
Find a cool, dry storage area that is away from direct sunlight or heat sources. This helps to prevent the fabric from fading or deteriorating over time.
Avoid stacking too many shirts
If you're stacking boxes of shirts on top of each other, be careful not to stack too many boxes on top of each other. The weight can cause the boxes at the bottom to become damaged and the shirts to become creased.
Keep the storage area clean
Make sure the storage area is clean and free from dust and dirt. This helps to keep the shirts looking fresh and new.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for custom-printed apparel, printing, and promotional products unless the merchandise is defective, materially flawed, or misprinted.
Please note that sizing may vary between manufacturers and styles, and we have no control over colour/shade variations between garments from our suppliers.
These variations may result from various factors, such as different fabrics and dye lots, and there may be a tolerance of +- 2.5cm.
As the garments are pressed by humans, print placement measurements are considered acceptable when within +-3cm (vertical and horizontal), and print placement may vary based on the shirt and print size.
For print dimensions, allow a tolerance of +-1cm. If you have questions about the garment's fit or want to purchase a sample product, please email us at groundcontrol@offworldprint.com
We cannot be responsible for incorrect apparel sizes purchased, and returns, for this reason, will not be accepted once the garments are custom printed. For printing and promotional products, we are not responsible for logos sent with incorrect colours or wrong files.
If your merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, please get in touch with us at groundcontrol@offworldprint.com within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your invoice number with all correspondence.
